
Biography
Mr. Joseph Baradoe is the Founder and Board Chairman of Nature Aid Ghana and a development policy and planning expert. He holds a Master of Science in Development Policy and Planning and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), bringing both legal grounding and policy expertise to his development work. Hailing from Goaso in the Ahafo Region, Mr. Baradoe has dedicated many years to grassroots development work across rural communities, with a particular focus on poverty alleviation and the elimination of child labour. As Executive Director of Nature Aid Ghana, he leads the organisation's sustainable development initiatives, channelling his deep commitment to the welfare of children and vulnerable communities into structured, evidence-based programme delivery. He serves as a Member of the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC), representing the Ahafo Region, a role that positions him at the heart of Ghana's national development agenda. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ahafo Region, further amplifying his advocacy for rural development and child protection at the political level.
